Meet the Program Director, Owner
Dear Riverside Community,
I am delighted to introduce myself as the Program Director and owner of Riverside Daycare. My name is Daljit Gill, and I am excited to become a part of this wonderful community.
With a strong educational background and a deep passion for early childhood education, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to my role. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, which allows me to infuse creativity into our programs and create a stimulating environment where children can explore their imaginations.
Additionally, I have completed a Diploma in Early Childhood Education, which has provided me with an in-depth understanding of child development, curriculum planning, and effective teaching strategies. This knowledge enables me to ensure that Riverside Daycare provides a nurturing and enriching experience for every child under our care.
For the past 12 years, I have dedicated myself to this field, firmly believing in the power and importance of early childhood education. Throughout my career, I have worked diligently to provide a safe, supportive, and inspiring environment where children can thrive and reach their
full potential.
As the Program Director, I am committed to maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency in our daycare. I believe that a well-structured environment is key to creating a positive and fulfilling experience for both children and their families.
